This facility beyond horrible all the clinics are together I wanted over an hour for my sons appointment and my sick baby was not seen i wud have went to urgent care or the hospital I would not advise taking your kids here

This place has went downhill over the years. I’ve been going to this DCHC for 27 years and I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism since these past few years. The dental department is the absolute worse. You have to literally go into the facility to make an appointment because they don’t answer the phone, and I’ve complained numerous times. Then, let’s talk about Dr. Kay, Amanda who doesn’t work there anymore, and the dental hygienist Shawn. I go to get fitted for my partials after recently getting a back tooth pulled. When the partials came back, I told Amanda they hurt and they didn’t fit. She told me it was because of the tooth I had gotten pulled and the bone in my tooth was causing it not to fit properly. She shave the partial down some and told me to take them home and try to work with them. I made another appointment and told her they still didn’t fit and there was a gap between my gums and my partial, she tried to shave them down more, I told her they still hurt and I was unable to talk or eat in them. Once again, she said take them home and practice talking in them, which I did. It was impossible for me to talk or eat in them. So I made another appointment, she told m

I’ve had three visits at this dentist. Aside from the extremely long wait time. I had an appointment at 11 and I didn’t get seen until 1 PM. The second appointment their computers were down and they did not know where my file was. The third appointment she stated my file must be with the directors because of my medical history I may not be able to be treated There . I would have to get a referral to go I believe it was to receiving to have the work I needed done. She would send me this referral in the mail. It’s been two weeks today and I have not received anything. The receptionist ? If you can actually get him to answer the phone and forget about a return call . Is inapt and rude. This was everyone’s opinion in that waiting room as well as some of the staff. Maybe they just can’t get anyone else to do the job, but he doesn’t do it well. I would not recommend this place to my neighbors dog, but when you’re desperate? It doesn’t leave a lot of options

I will never return to this clinic ever! Came for a physical. The wait was over an hour almost two and i came on my hour lunch break. The nurses are really what made the visit better. The receptionist was horrible and the doctor is slow as ever!! Please don't come here unless you want to die waiting in the lobby.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I usually get along with everyone everywhere I go...First off the receptionist in the clinic is rude af not once but twice she young and got way to much attitude..she doesn't greet anyone that walks in and her phone etiquette is worse... the nurse and ultrasound tech was really nice to me and my family but didn't send my scripts to the pharmacy like she said...the doctor is never available for weeks...i came to both of my appts 15 mins early and still wait 30 mins past my appt time...so irritated with this place I found somewhere better...
